Job Description

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the C-Suite team.
• Manage and optimise cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with company goals.
• Lead audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Group Finance Controller Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in the property industry is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
