Our client, a major integrated hotel and convention operator in the Philippines, is looking for a commercially driven Group DOSM to lead the sales and marketing strategy for a growing portfolio of hotels and convention centers across the Philippines. The role will champion revenue growth, brand visibility, and high-performing cluster teams.
What you'll do
- Set and execute group-wide sales and marketing strategies across multiple properties and brands.
- Lead and coach property and cluster sales & marketing teams to deliver revenue and market share targets.
- Own relationships with key corporate, MICE, and travel trade partners nationwide.
- Work closely with Revenue, Digital, and Operations to optimize pricing, channels, and campaigns.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in hotel sales & marketing, with solid experience managing a cluster or group of properties.
- Strong MICE and corporate sales background, ideally within the Philippine market.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style and strong stakeholder management skills.
