We are looking for a Group Commercial Director to join our team at The Lind Hotels. This role will oversee sales, revenue, reservations, and events across all properties. This role will provide structure, align strategies, streamline processes, and support on-the-ground teams to ensure clear ownership, prioritization, and timely delivery of key initiatives as we scale.
•Lead and align group-wide strategies across marketing, sales, revenue management, reservations, and events
•Develop and implement commercial frameworks that support scalable growth across all properties
•Ensure clear prioritization, ownership, and timely execution of key initiatives
•Optimize revenue performance through data-driven decision-making and forecasting
•Strengthen cross-property collaboration and standardization of commercial processes
•Support and mentor on-the-ground teams to improve execution and performance
•Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships
•Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy
•Ensure all commercial functions are working cohesively toward overall business objectives
Qualifications:
•Strong background in hospitality commercial leadership (multi-property experience preferred)
•Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational alignment
•Experience across sales, marketing, revenue management, and events
•Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
•Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
•Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
