Role Overview

The Group Clinic and Operations Manager will play a critical leadership role in the business responsible for clinic operations and service quality for the group. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, service quality and driving business growth through strategic planning, process efficiency and excellent service and care quality in all our clinics and health service centres.

 

This role will lead the patient servicing team towards excellence and work closely with other functions such as clinical and marketing to enhance operational efficiency, improve service and clinical care quality and support the organisation's growth and performance objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Daily Clinic Operations: Responsible for daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and patient satisfaction

·        Operational Compliance: Ensure operations comply with relevant local regulations, policies, and governance standards, healthcare and otherwise.

·        Service Excellence: Responsible for clinic service team and servicing resources, ensuring clinical care and general service standards are up-to-date and reflect accepted best practices, ensuring good staff and system adherence and promulgation.

·        Quality Assurance: Proactively implement best practices and initiate strategies for continual improvement in operational and service domains.

·        Collaboration: Cross-functional competence to drive collaborative care, operational efficiency and service excellence.

·        Implementing Innovation: Support smart and practical deployment of technology and digital tools to properly scale and improve service effectiveness and efficiency.

·        Data-centric Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on clinic performance metrics and KPIs

·        Business support: Support business growth and development efforts, including identifying growth opportunities and enhancements

 

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Degree or Diploma in any relevant healthcare field, management, business administration domains will be advantageous

·        Proven experience in team management and operations management with at least 5-7 in healthcare operations, clinic management or related health operations management role at relevant seniority

·        In-depth working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore

·        Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and performance management 

·        Strong interpersonal skills, keen team-player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

·        Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and thrives in a dynamic, fluid and fast-paced work environment

 

Work Environment

This position will require travel across Singapore and flexibility in working hours to accommodate operational needs across multiple medical centres.

 

We will not be providing a work visa for this role. Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.
