About The Role
To support the Group Finance team with accounting duties for the Robert Walters Group.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and consolidating regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Group and sending them to the Head of Group Reporting
- Reconciling intercompany balances, debtors and fixed assets
- Assisting with pulling together information for the interim review / annual audit
- Assisting with the consolidation of the annual budget reports
- Supporting local offices across the group with reporting
- Checking data integrity via regular running of reconciliation reports
- Assisting with system testing
- Designing and creating ad-hoc reports in Workday
- Assisting with system maintenance when necessary
Who You Are
Skills Required
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Good systems skills, awareness and understanding
- Intermediate / Advanced excel
- Good communication skills
Skills Preferred
- Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
- Workday Adaptive Planning
- Exposure to Group Accounting / Consolidations
