Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime
Shift: Mon-Fri | 7AM-4PM PTH
Salary: PHP 75,000 - PHP 94,000

We are seeking a collaborative, detail-driven Group Accountant to join our team. The Group Accountant handles Internal Accounting Practice for financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance for, supporting the broader Group finance practices. Starting onsite during your probation period to ensure seamless onboarding, you will transition into a flexible hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days at home, with Wednesday as the team anchor day) while collaborating closely with key group stakeholders and managers to maintain financial integrity.

Your Impact

  • Financial Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare Group financial statements including balance sheet and P&L, and perform monthly balance sheet, bank, and GL reconciliations.
  • Compliance & Lodgements: Ensure timely lodgement of activity statements and returns while adhering to all The organisation compliance requirements.
  • Billing & Cash Flow Management: Create and post annual Group invoices, manage incoming payments, clear recharge records, and maintain cash flow projections.
  • Accounts Support: Assist with creditor and debtor management, reconcile credit card payments, and provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage the Group inbox, liaise with key Group staff, and keep the team informed of progress to consistently meet deadlines.

What You Bring

  • Accounting Qualifications: A degree in Accounting or a bookkeeping qualification is required, with Australian accounting experience is essential for this role.
  • Xero & Excel Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Xero and strong working knowledge of Excel are essential for day-to-day operations.
  • Accuracy & Organisation: High attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and a well-organised approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiative & Autonomy: Able to work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions, and proactively take on tasks that build technical expertise.
