What You'll Do
Manage Key Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of client accounts, understanding their business objectives and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
Deliver Strategic Solutions: Collaborate with clients to shape and execute account strategies aligned with their goals. Coordinate service delivery across property management, engineering, project management, and finance teams.
Grow the Business: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand JLL services within existing accounts, create proposals, and help achieve annual revenue targets.
Lead Teams: Guide and support on-site teams, ensuring high service standards across all accounts. Facilitate communication and conduct site visits to maintain operational excellence.
Ensure Financial & Risk Controls: Oversee account budgets, monitor financial performance, manage invoicing, and implement cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, JLL policies, and client requirements.
What You'll Need
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
7–10 years experience in account management, client relations, or facilities management.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong background in facilities management or property operations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
