Job Description

Drive client satisfaction, strategic growth, and operational excellence across multiple client accounts with JLL!

What You'll Do

  • Manage Key Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of client accounts, understanding their business objectives and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • Deliver Strategic Solutions: Collaborate with clients to shape and execute account strategies aligned with their goals. Coordinate service delivery across property management, engineering, project management, and finance teams.
  • Grow the Business: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand JLL services within existing accounts, create proposals, and help achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Lead Teams: Guide and support on-site teams, ensuring high service standards across all accounts. Facilitate communication and conduct site visits to maintain operational excellence.
  • Ensure Financial & Risk Controls: Oversee account budgets, monitor financial performance, manage invoicing, and implement cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, JLL policies, and client requirements.

What You'll Need

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
    • 7–10 years experience in account management, client relations, or facilities management.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • Strong background in facilities management or property operations.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong financial acumen (budget management, P&L responsibility).
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in Philippine commercial real estate or facilities management.
    • Understanding of Philippine building regulations and labor law.
    • Engineering background and/or project management training.
    • Familiarity with facilities management systems and CRM platforms.
