You will lead Grassroots Marketing Officers (GMOs), oversee on-ground activations, manage co-marketing programs with store partners, and ensure every campaign is executed with speed, quality, and accountability. Your success is measured by execution excellence, transaction uplift, partner engagement, and field visibility.

- Conduct regular field audits and performance reviews.
- Build team capability through structured training and mentoring.
Store Partner Co-Marketing Performance
- Lead co-marketing programs aligned with growth priorities.

- Track partner participation, measure transaction uplift, and escalate underperforming locations with corrective action plans.
On-Ground Activations and Operational Discipline

- Ensure operational readiness, manpower efficiency, and cost discipline.
- Maintain high visibility standards across all physical touchpoints.

- Opportunity to develop leadership, field execution, and partner engagement expertise.
Why you shouldnt
- If you prefer a desk-bound or low-pace work environment, this role may feel limiting.
- If you are not comfortable leading field teams in dynamic, high-accountability settings, this may not be a good fit.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in field or trade marketing.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or people management role, leading field teams.
