Your Role:
Packaging & Product Design Support- Assist in conceptualizing and executing packaging designs for beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and accessories.
- Prepare dielines, layouts, colorways, typography, and material suggestion drafts.
- Ensure all packaging adheres to retailer guidelines (Walmart, TJX, Dollar Tree, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare production-ready files for suppliers and manufacturers.
Mockups & Visual Merchandising Assets- Create realistic product mockups for internal use, buyer decks, and retailer submissions.
- Produce PDQs, trays, endcaps, pallet displays, shelf layouts, and other visual merchandising assets.
- Assist Sales and Marketing teams with visual needs for line reviews and trade shows.
Brand Identity & Guidelines Maintenance- Support the creation and updating of brand identity systems (logos, fonts, color palettes, icons, etc.).
- Help maintain brand guideline documents and ensure consistent application across all materials.
- Organize and update brand assets for internal departments and overseas factories.
Sales & Marketing Collateral Development- Design line sheets, brochures, catalogs, flyers, promotional materials, and presentation decks.
- Update seasonal marketing collateral for trade promotions and retail cycles.
- Support internal teams with visuals required for retailer submissions (Walmart, CVS, Costco, etc.).
E-Commerce Graphic Content Creation- Produce product images, infographics, banners, and rich-media graphics for Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
- Optimize visuals for mobile-first viewing and platform-specific guidelines.
- Prepare A+ content, EBC modules, comparison charts, and lifestyle compositions.
Photography & Image Editing- Assist with product photography for packaging, e-commerce, and marketing use.
- Retouch, color-correct, and format images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
- Maintain an organized photo library for all SKUs and ensure all assets follow naming conventions.
Social Media Visual Support- Create static graphics, story formats, and campaign visual assets for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Resize graphics for multiple platforms and adapt to social media trends.
Website & Digital Design Support- Assist in creating banner assets, homepage graphics, category images, and UI elements.
- Ensure alignment with brand direction across desktop and mobile experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Sourcing teams for design requirements and revisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories regarding file specifications and artwork adjustments.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning.
Project Management & Workflow- Update tasks and progress within Asana (or assigned project management tools).
- Track revisions, approvals, and file versions.
What You Need:
Qualifications:
. Bacheloru0027s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
. 2-4 years experience in graphic design, packaging design, or e-commerce design (beauty industry preferred but not required).
. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
. Experience creating packaging, mockups, e-commerce assets, and marketing collateral.
. Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, and brand identity systems.
. Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
. Strong English communication skills and ability to follow US-market design standards.

. Experience working with cross-functional teams, factories, or suppliers.
. Familiarity with US retail design standards is a strong plus.
