Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CA, USA time (with 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities
- Design and enhance user interfaces for company websites and digital platforms
- Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Produce high-quality graphic design assets for marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on visual and creative projects
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility, usability, and brand standards
- Optimize user experience across web and mobile platforms
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 12 years minimum experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
- Proficiency in design tools and software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both web/mobile app design and visual/graphic design work (e.g., branding, marketing assets) (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience with educational or international platforms is a plus
