The Role

We're searching for an imaginative Graphic Designer to enhance our team and bring visual concepts to life. You'll apply your strong aesthetic sense and design skills to create visually appealing graphics and layouts. This essential role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing graphic materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and captivating our audience. Your creativity will be vital in defining our visual direction, keeping us ahead in the market, and delivering outstanding visual content

Responsibilities:

• Create visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a good sense of design.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in teams.

Full-time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Philippines time
