We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented Multimedia Marketing Specialist to help bring the Maven brand to life through graphic design, social media, video content, and marketing campaigns that drive real business results.
This is an in-office position for someone who enjoys collaboration, brainstorming ideas, executing projects, and contributing directly to company growth.
Position Overview
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will work closely with our Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role combines creativity with organization and requires someone who can design compelling visuals, create engaging content, assist with video production, and help ensure marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is both creative and dependable, enjoys learning new skills, and takes pride in producing high-quality work that reflects the professionalism of the Maven Roofing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Design flyers, brochures, presentations, homeowner education materials, sales support documents, and promotional pieces
- Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, website content, and digital advertising
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials
- Support company events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with ongoing branding and visual communication projects
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Assist with content planning and campaign execution
- Create graphics, captions, and supporting content for social media posts
- Monitor engagement and support audience interaction efforts
- Help maintain a consistent and professional online presence
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns and social media
- Create reels, educational videos, YouTube content, and promotional materials
- Organize and manage photo, video, and graphic assets
- Assist with content production and creative storytelling initiatives
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist with lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Support website content updates and digital marketing projects
- Help execute seasonal promotions, community outreach efforts, and brand awareness campaigns
- Track marketing activities and assist with campaign reporting
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Maintain organized marketing files, project folders, and creative assets
- Coordinate project timelines and support deadline management
- Assist with marketing project tracking and task follow-through
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design platforms
- Experience using AI Tools and knowing how to train a bot
- Experience using video editing tools such as Capcut
- Experience optimizing content and web entities
- Proven track record for improving SEO
- Experience editing HTML code
- Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional setting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
Preferred
- Experience editing videos for social media, YouTube, or digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media management tools
- Familiarity with WordPress or website content management systems
- Marketing, communications, graphic design, multimedia, or related education and/or experience
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and content creation
