Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will create engaging visual assets for educational and marketing content based on production scripts and storyboards. Working closely with visual instructional designers, lead designers, producers, and content developers, you'll help bring ideas to life while ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and project timelines.

• Create high-quality illustrations and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop graphics based on storyboards, production scripts, and style guides.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate or enhance images when appropriate.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder and lead designer feedback.
• Maintain organized project files following the team's file management standards.
• Collaborate daily with designers, producers, and content developers via Slack and email.
• Ensure all visual assets meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Deliver projects on time while managing multiple priorities.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience using Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven experience working successfully in a remote work environment.
• Experience working in fast-paced production or creative environments.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Access to Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback efficiently.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in character design.
• 3+ years of experience creating animations using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience working with 3D design tools and workflows.
• Experience using Figma.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such asRunway,DALL·E, or similar generative AI platforms.
  
  

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote

Schedule: Project-based (up to 30 hours per week)
