Role Overview
The role combines visual design, brand storytelling, and social media content production. You'll create engaging graphics, videos, and digital assets that strengthen brand identity and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design Develop digital and print assets including banners, brochures, product imagery, packaging updates, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Content Creation Produce highquality posts, reels, stories, and shortform videos tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Brand Consistency Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels and campaigns.
- Content Planning Collaborate on monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and creative strategies.
- Photography & Videography Capture and edit product photos, lifestyle shots, and short videos when needed.
- Copywriting Support Write or refine captions, headlines, and basic ad copy aligned with brand tone.
- Analytics Awareness Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements based on insights.
- Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support business goals.
Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma).
- Experience creating content for social media platforms and understanding best practices for each.
- Ability to design for both digital and print.
- Strong eye for layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, or email marketing design.
- Familiarity with brand strategy or UI/UX principles.
- Experience working in ecommerce or productbased businesses.
