Job Description

About the Role

As Graphic Designer you will support the growing demand for visual and creative assets used in training material development. This role will work closely with the Training team to design learning module assets, daily flyers, infographics, and other visual communications.

What You'll Own

  • Design visual assets to support training material development, including learning module graphics, job aids, and templates
  • Create daily flyers, infographics, and other quick-turnaround visual communications
  • Collaborate with the training team to manage workload, prioritize urgent requests, and maintain consistent design standards
  • Maintain brand and style consistency across all training-related visual content
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets for easy access and reuse
  • Provide backup design support to ensure continuity

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design/Art, digital communication or other related studies
  • 2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer, Graphic Artist, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Canva
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating infographic, flyer, and informative material design
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual branding
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with basic layout/design for e-learning or training modules is an advantage
  • Experience in training, learning and development, and corporate communications is a plus, but not required
