Looking for a graphic designer with 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focused on designing high-converting static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
This is not a traditional design role — we need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and click, not just what looks good.
You should be confident creating:
- High-contrast, scroll-stopping creatives designed to grab attention instantly
- Performance-driven ad variations (hooks, angles, iterations)
- Clean, modern visuals that still feel native to platform (not overly polished or ad-like)
- Strong visual hierarchies that communicate the message within 1–2 seconds
Experience with AI tools is a big plus, particularly:
- Using tools like Midjourney or DALL·E for rapid creative testing
- Familiarity with workflows involving tools like Runway or similar
- Understanding how to combine AI-generated assets with real design principles (not just prompting, but refining)
Bonus if you:
- Have worked on DTC brands (especially in wellness, beauty, or supplements)
- Understand concepts like thumbstop rate, hook rate, and creative fatigue
- Can think in terms of angles and testing frameworks, not just single designs
- Stay on top of trends in Meta ads and know what's currently working
