Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Graphic Designer with a strong focus on video production, presentation design, and visual storytelling for enterprise and utility-grade technology marketing. This role will be responsible for translating complex technical and product concepts into compelling visual narratives used in sales, investor, and customer-facing materials.
You will create and maintain video content, motion graphics, slide decks, and digital brand assets that support product launches, enterprise sales cycles, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Motion Graphics
- Design and produce short-form and long-form B2B marketing videos
- Create:
- Product explainer videos
- Sales enablement videos
- Executive presentation visuals
- Event and booth videos
- Develop motion graphics, animated charts, and UI walkthroughs
- Maintain consistent brand and visual standards across all video content
Presentation Design
- Create high-impact PowerPoint and Google Slides for:
- Sales pitches
- RFPs
- Investor and board presentations
- Customer briefings
- Translate technical concepts into clear, visually structured narratives
- Design reusable slide templates, iconography, and visual frameworks
Brand & Visual Systems
- Maintain brand guidelines, color systems, typography, and layouts
- Produce:
- Infographics
- One-pagers
- Diagrams
- Product visuals
- Ensure visual consistency across video, presentations, and digital assets
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Sales and marketing
- Product and engineering
- Executive leadership
- Translate technical input and product roadmaps into visually compelling content
Required Skills & Experience
Design & Video
- 5+ years in B2B graphic design, video, or visual marketing
- Strong experience with:
- Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote
- Ability to create:
- Motion graphics
- Screen capture and UI demos
- Animated data and diagrams

- Experience designing for:
