What Youll Do
Design & Creative Execution
- Create eye-catching designs for social media, digital ads, in-store materials, and promotions.
- Ensure 100% alignment with Moonleaf Tea Shop & Lunar etal brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready and digital assets with strong attention to detail.
- Review and refine artworks prior to Creative Director approval.
Local Marketing Support
- Develop customized materials for franchise stores in collaboration with Franchise Care and Operations Teams.
- Support campaigns that strengthen local engagement and brand presence.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with Marketing and other departments to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
Multimedia Support
(Good to Have)
- Experience in content creation and basic video editing.
- Assist in editing short-form promotional videos for social media.

What You Bring
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
- Creativity, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
