We're looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys both — creating visually strong work and seeing it perform in real campaigns.

If you've had some agency experience and want to grow your skills in digital advertising, this might be a great fit

What You'll Do

• Create creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and other platforms)

• Turn briefs into clear, engaging visuals with strong layout and hierarchy

• Work closely with Account Managers and Copywriters on campaign ideas

• Handle multiple brands across different industries

• Refine and improve creatives based on feedback and performance

What We're Looking For

• At least 2–3 years experience (agency experience is a big advantage)

• A portfolio that shows marketing or campaign-based work

• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual storytelling

• Able to manage timelines and multiple projects

• Open to feedback and willing to continuously improve

Bonus Points

• Experience with ads or performance-driven creatives

• Basic motion graphics or video editing

• Familiar with social media trends and formats
