Job Description

Overview

We're looking for a visual storyteller who can translate ideas into experiencesfrom polished executive presentations to creative internal campaigns. You'll spend a fair amount of your time designing polished, on-brand presentations, but you'll also have the freedom to flex your creativity across videos, infographics, digital ads, and social content that engage audiences from clients to our 12k+ employees worldwide.

This role sits at the intersection of corporate storytelling and consumer-style creativitya chance to make an impact across every part of our brand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Presentation Design Excellence
  • Develop visually impactful PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex ideas, tell compelling stories, and stay true to our brand identity.
  • Digital & Social Media Design
  • Create digital display ads, short-form videos, and social media visuals that stand out on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Visual Content Creation
  • Plan, develop and design interior signage, posters, flyers and to be displayed at sites
  • Brand Stewardship
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materialsinternal, external, print, and digital.
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan, design, and deploy campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and connection.
  • Creative Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and business leaders to bring stories to life through design and visual storytelling.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills (graphics, master templates, layouts, and visual storytelling)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for multiple formats (print, digital, video, motion)
  • Knowledge of social advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Ability to create infographics, short-form videos, and visual assets for diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of capabilities
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, creative communications, or visual design
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing-related field, or equivalent professional/educational experience
  • Familiarity with web design or UX principles (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience in content strategy and digital storytelling
  • Background in BPO, tech, or services industries a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile

You're a strong designer who also understands how ideas need to land with an audience. You know when to push creatively and when to stay disciplined about brand standards. You're comfortable working across formatsbuilding a polished PowerPoint for leadership, turning complex information into clear visuals, or producing marketing assets for digital channels.

You enjoy variety and can move easily between different types of work, from executive presentations to internal campaigns and everything in between. You care about craft, but you also care about clarity and purpose. Strong sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will serve you well here.
