Responsibilities
- Your core objectives will include:
- Accepting work as prioritised and allocated by the Design Manager
- Visually communicating learning objectives and concepts through digital eLearning mediums
- Creating images, illustrations, and animations to bring the stories provided by the Instructional -Design team to life
- Laying out slide content, and contributing to eLearning content design
- Adhering to project timelines
- Proofreading and testing completed projects for functionality, to ensure quality and accuracy
- Modifying designs based on internal and client feedback
- Maintain timesheets
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information confidentially
- Project a professional image to customers and work colleagues, ensuring appropriate and respectful language and service standards.
- Fulfil other duties as required by management as requested/required

Requirements
- Related experience:
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the graphic/digital design space.
- Understanding of design for the digital space.
- Willingness to learn new software. Skills and competencies:
- Customer service focus with commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels: written, phone and face-to-face
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and varying communicative style depending on the target
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Focus on teamwork with a willingness to assist and support others as required, and get on with team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
