The Role

We're hiring ambitious, high-potential Graphic Designers who want to grow, challenge themselves, and make real impact. It's a full-time, fully remote role where you'll work across a variety of projects, including:

• Branding and visual identity
• Social media content
• Pitch decks and presentations
• Infographics
• Marketing assets and more

You'll collaborate with an international team, ship work to real clients quickly, and use AI as a real extension of your creative process, not a shortcut to mediocre output.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 6 years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus)
• A portfolio that shows creativity and versatility across brand, digital, and content work
• Strong foundations in the core toolset: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Fluency with AI design tools like Claude Design/Code, Midjourney, Magnific, Figma AI etc. or whatever's currently best-in-class. You're the kind of designer who tries new tools the week they drop, not six months later
• A good eye for where AI helps and where it falls flat. Generic AI imagery is everywhere now. We want designers who use these tools to ideate faster, explore wider directions, and lift their craft beyond what they could do alone
• Strong prompt craft and a clear point of view on how to direct AI output toward something that feels designed rather than generated
• Strong communication skills. You're just as comfortable on Slack or Zoom as you are in a design doc
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal hand-holding
• A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and push boundaries

What This Role Isn't

• A prompt-and-paste job. AI helps us move faster and explore wider, but it doesn't replace taste or craft.
• Non-changing. The toolset is changing weekly, and we want people who find that energising rather than overwhelming.
