Job Description

Brandco is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer / Creative Production Designer.

This role is for someone who can help turn ideas into usable visual work.

Brandco is building product-driven worlds across apparel, products, accessories, characters, packaging, mockups, retail decks, and visual experiments. I'm looking for someone who can help execute across that range.

This is an AI-native role, but AI is not the job. The job is strong visual execution, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clear direction from a creative director.

You should be strong in:

- Photoshop

- Illustrator

- Product mockups

- Graphic layout

- Image cleanup and refinement

- AI image tools

Bonus if you have experience with:

- After Effects

- Motion graphics

- AI video tools

- 3D / product visuals

- Apparel graphics

- Packaging

- Products or accessories

This is not a traditional brand identity role. I'm not looking for someone to reinvent the company. I'm looking for someone who can follow direction clearly and help build visual assets around worlds that are already forming.

The work may include:

- Product mockups

- Packaging concepts

- Line sheet visuals

- Apparel graphics

- Social / content assets

- Design variations

- Simple motion if possible

Requirements / Qualifications

- Strong Photoshop skills

- Strong Illustrator skills

- Comfortable creating product mockups and visual assets

- Comfortable using AI image tools as part of the creative process

- Strong eye for layout, composition, and visual quality

- Able to follow clear creative direction closely

- Able to revise cleanly and execute details accurately

- Able to work quickly without losing quality

- Comfortable working across different product worlds and visual styles

- After Effects, motion, AI video tools, or 3D experience is a plus

- Apparel, packaging, product, or accessory design experience is a plus

- Part-time or project-based availability to start

Location: Remote (International is okay.)

Time-zone overlap with Los Angeles is helpful but not required if communication and output are strong.
