What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to a UK-based manager, you will play a key role in bringing technical details to life through engaging visual storytelling. Your creativity will directly empower the sales team and shape how customers experience the brand across every platform.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Design high-quality datasheets, vibrant promotional flyers, and compelling sales collateral using InDesign and Illustrator.
- Produce polished, customer-specific price lists and maintain comprehensive, professional product catalogues.
- Use Photoshop to enhance product photography, ensuring a stunning and consistent brand aesthetic.
- Develop sleek internal documents and presentations that streamline operations and keep the team winning.
- Work alongside talented external photographers and print partners to bring branded merchandise and packaging to life.
- Contribute to exciting brand identity projects, from refining logos to applying sleek supplier templates for packaging.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to turn ideas into reality.
- Proven experience in creating product datasheets, brochures, catalogues, flyers and promotions.
- Experience with the construction, manufacturing, or hardware industries is preferred.
- Proficient in Computer-aided design (CAD) and advanced technical design is preferred.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- A clear understanding of how great design acts as a powerful tool to drive B2B sales and strengthen client relationships.
Bonus Points For
- B2B Experience: Previous experience working within a business-to-business marketing or sales-focused environment.
- Project Management Tools: Excel Spreadsheet or Trello.
