About the Role:
This role requires a designer with strong experience in developing engaging visual content across multiple formats, from marketing collateral and social media to internal documents and branded materials. The designer will be responsible for delivering creative work for the Absolute Immigration Group and its entities in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and extremely attentive to detail, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of materials, including marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and internal documents.
- Create compelling visuals for social media campaigns across different platforms, optimised for engagement.
- Develop and edit video content, animations, and motion graphics for marketing and social media.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all entities and channels while still being creative.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to bring ideas to life.
- Adapt and optimise creative assets for various formats and platforms (print, digital, video, social).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Stay updated on design and motion trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and fresh approaches.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Advanced Proficiency in Canva for quick turn designs and team templates.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) for producing and formatting internal and client-facing documents.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing across multiple formats (print, digital, social media, and video).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work across static, digital, and motion formats.
- Highly attentive to detail, organised, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- A creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
