Graphic Designer

Company Description Cathedral of Praise, Inc. (COP) is a Christian church with multiple campuses across Metro Manila and branches worldwide, serving a diverse and global congregation.

Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for creating visual materials that support COP's ministries, events, and communications. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for print and digital channels, developing layouts for social media, web, and church presentations, and creating visual assets that align with established brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with pastors, ministry leaders, and the communications department to interpret project requirements into clear, impactful designs, including logos, event branding, and typography-based artwork. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prepare files for production, and ensure all materials reflect the church's values and communicate messages effectively.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain consistent visual identities for the church and its ministries.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and aesthetic impact.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in designing for print and digital media, such as social media posts, banners, posters, and presentation slides, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design abilities; experience in faith-based or nonprofit settings is an advantage.
