What You'll Do
- Design and develop retail and campaign materials including in-store collateral, signage, window displays, and print & digital assets aligned with brand identity.
- Create engaging digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, website assets, and promotional initiatives.
- Produce sales and promotional materials supporting seasonal campaigns across retail and digital channels.
- Support digital design needs including EDMs, homepage banners, product listing visuals, and web asset updates.
- Prepare visual merchandising assets including store graphics, styling guides, and interior artwork aligned with retail design standards.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and brand decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support video editing and motion graphics for marketing and campaign initiatives where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions on time while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or any related field.
- Minimum three years graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering digital, print, and web design.
- Experience in the fashion, retails or lifestyle brands is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Premier Pro and AfterEffects.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and overall design fundamentals.
- Experience producing retail, campaign, and brand assets including print collateral and digital marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am 3 pm PHT) with a full onsite setup during the probationary period of 6 months and transition to hybrid of 4x onsite and 1x WFH.
