Position Title: Graphic Designer and Shopify Support
Work Set Up: On-Site
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with e-commerce support skills to create production-ready artwork, manage product designs, and maintain the company's e-commerce websites and customer portals. The role also involves updating product information, improving website content, and coordinating with sales and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.

What You'll Do:
Graphic Design & Artwork
- Create artwork and templates for printed and manufactured products.
- Prepare print-ready files, proofs, and mock-ups for production and approval.
- Organise and maintain artwork files and templates.
- Ensure designs meet production requirements and follow established processes.
- Review artwork and finished products for accuracy.
- Add, update, and remove products, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate product information across e-commerce platforms and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot website and customer portal issues.
- Improve website layouts, graphics, and content.
- Create product images and promotional designs for online use.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide artwork and printing support to meet production deadlines.
- Tertiary Qualification in Graphic Design.
- 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their backend processes (Shopify).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and able to work to briefs well organized and able to multi task while managing deadlines and competing priorities
- Graphic design skills including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Must be self-motivated, and have a positive can-do attitude.
- Passion for customer service.
