Your Role:
As an Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant, you will :
Develop visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. This will mainly involve designing graphics, editing images and creating posters
Managing social media presence, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content strategy.
Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, and promotional events.
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms, maintaining brand guidelines and visual standards.
Updating website content, create new pages, and optimising the user experience, with a focus on visual elements.
Working closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Handling administrative tasks related to marketing, such as managing budgets, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
Proficiency in Wordpress and design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
Familiarity with marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, both in design and marketing contexts.
