Title: Graphic Designer (or Digital Designer)
We are looking for an absolute workhorse of a designer—someone who is efficient, fast, and commercially minded. You will be responsible for transforming raw product images into high-converting, best-in-class Amazon and e-commerce listings, as well as pumping out EDM designs, dynamic short-form video content, and social ads.
Experience & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience working as a graphics/digital designer
- Competent and experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud & Canva
- Proficient in using AI tools for image generation and video generation
- Experienced in creating online product listings from scratch
- Proven experience creating EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) and social media assets
Bonus Points
- Experience using CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify, WordPress)
- Experience creating short-form product video content
- Advanced experience experimenting with wider, emerging AI tools and workflows

- Study design and marketing briefs from the Creative Lead and Marketing Operations Manager, executing their direction with precision and speed
- Conduct market research on top-performing competitors to ensure listings match or outperform best-in-class products
- Transform raw product images into professional, high-converting e-commerce and Amazon-style listings
- Create lifestyle shots and contextual visuals from scratch, using AI tools alongside traditional editing software
- Design compelling static images and dynamic GIFs for web, email, and digital storefronts
- Produce high-impact product videos for websites and YouTube to showcase features, benefits, and unboxings
- Create fast-paced video ads optimized for Meta Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Prepare drafts, storyboards, and concepts quickly with efficient turnaround
- Apply appropriate colors, typography, and layouts to ensure all assets are visually striking, persuasive, and on-brand
- Test graphics and videos across formats and devices to ensure flawless presentation
- Revise designs and video edits based on performance data and team feedback
Ad-hoc & Flexible Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with urgent asset requests, resizing, and rapid creative iterations during campaigns
- Stay updated on emerging AI design and video tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Handle miscellaneous ad-hoc design tasks supporting shifting priorities and product launches
