Graphic Design Specialist
The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for the quality and craftsmanship of all creative output across Siegel — designing brochures, social media content, website and ecommerce graphics, and providing broader graphic support to the business, using the Adobe Creative Suite, within Siegel's style guide, for Siegel in Australia and New Zealand. This role is defined by design expertise and consistently high production standards, not just volume of output.
This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, working hours that fully overlap with Australian business hours. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and will require close collaboration with the broader marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Expertise: Bring strong design skill and craftsmanship to every piece of work — layout, typography, colour, and composition should consistently meet a high professional standard, using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Brochures & Print Collateral: Design polished, print-ready brochures, flyers, and sales collateral for Siegel's product ranges and campaigns, with a strong focus on finish and presentation quality.
Social Media Design: Create high-quality, scroll-stopping graphics and content for social media, tailored to each platform's specifications and consistently on-brand.
Website Graphics & Digital Assets: Design high-quality graphics, banners, and visual assets for Siegel's website and ecommerce store, ensuring a strong, professional visual presentation across all digital touchpoints.
Graphic Support: Provide broader graphic design support across the business — presentations, signage, trade show materials, internal documents, and ad-hoc design requests — applying the same high standard of quality throughout.
Quality & Craftsmanship: Review and refine own work for typographic accuracy, layout, colour, and finish before it goes out the door — output quality is the primary measure of success in this role, ahead of raw volume.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Siegel's style guide and brand standards across every format and channel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to brainstorm concepts, support campaign launches, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance.
Asset Management: Maintain a highly organised internal library of creative assets, ensuring correct file formats, naming conventions, and version control for easy team access.
