Job Description

  • Prepare internal communications collateral including digital banners, newsletters, templates, and executive presentations
  • Prepare and publish content for digital channels including SharePoint intranet sites, video editing and other relevant platforms
  • Ensure the visual brand identity guidelines are consistently always adhered to
  • Edit, retouch, and correct images and layouts
  • May participate in senior leadership meetings and interact with senior leadership to gather information and identify requirements
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure deadlines are successfully achieved
  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual style guide for the company
  • Create infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex information
  • Design and produce marketing materials for trade shows and events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media graphics and campaign visuals
  • Assist in the development of company branding strategies
  • Stay updated on design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Provide creative input and solutions for various internal departments design needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or equivalent courses
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, supporting internal employees within a Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint sites and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience using After Effects and Premier or other similar tools and platforms is preferred

  • This role is open to multiple locations - Manila, Philippines and Bucharest, Romania.
