Prepare internal communications collateral including digital banners, newsletters, templates, and executive presentations
Prepare and publish content for digital channels including SharePoint intranet sites, video editing and other relevant platforms
Ensure the visual brand identity guidelines are consistently always adhered to
Edit, retouch, and correct images and layouts
May participate in senior leadership meetings and interact with senior leadership to gather information and identify requirements
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure deadlines are successfully achieved
Escalate issues and recommend resolutions
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style guide for the company
Create infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex information
Design and produce marketing materials for trade shows and events
Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media graphics and campaign visuals
Assist in the development of company branding strategies
Stay updated on design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Provide creative input and solutions for various internal departments design needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any four-year course, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or equivalent courses
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, supporting internal employees within a Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions
Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint sites and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience using After Effects and Premier or other similar tools and platforms is preferred

This role is open to multiple locations - Manila, Philippines and Bucharest, Romania.
