In 2022, Mayzon was formed by merging Maytex, Zenith Home Products, and Decolin. Mayzon is the market leader in bathroom consumer products such as shower rods, medicine cabinets, storage and organization, fashion bath textiles and hard goods. About the Role

Mayzon is seeking a Graphic Designer / Production Artist to support our Marketing team by developing high-quality, production-ready retail packaging, print, and digital marketing assets. This role blends creative design with technical execution and requires strong collaboration, organization, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute retail packaging, print collateral, and digital marketing materials aligned with brand standards and marketing strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Production teams to manage projects from concept through final production
• Prepare print-ready artwork, manage prepress requirements, and review print proofs for accuracy and quality
• Apply advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills to support packaging layouts, marketing assets, and corporate catalogs
• Produce and maintain brand-compliant layouts, ensuring consistency across private-label and branded product lines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced consumer products environment
• Maintain and organize shared digital asset libraries and production files
• Support product mockups, line reviews, and packaging updates as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, or production art
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design required
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of print production, packaging workflows, and file setup
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digital portfolio required (packaging, print, and digital samples)

Preferred

• Experience with Strata 3D
• Background in consumer products, retail, or private-label packaging
