Graphic Design Intern

Company Description Metro Promo Concepts (MPC) is a well-established on-the-ground marketing agency with over a decade of industry experience. The company began by providing corporate giveaways and conceptual branded merchandise, and has since expanded into a broader range of marketing services. MPC now delivers brand activations, booth fabrications, event styling, and integrated advertising solutions. These solutions include social media marketing and advertising, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, photo and video production, and website and app development. Role Description This Graphic Design Intern role is an on-site internship based in Muntinlupa City. The intern will assist in creating visual assets for brand activations, events, and digital campaigns, including social media graphics, promotional materials, and basic layouts for web and print. Day-to-day tasks include supporting graphic design projects, preparing and refining design files, collaborating with the marketing and production teams, and adapting concepts to multiple formats and platforms. The intern will also help with image editing, logo refinement, and maintaining brand consistency across different client deliverables. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency setting and opportunities to learn from experienced designers and marketers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual outputs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including working within brand guidelines and contributing to visual identity development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, using common design and photo-editing software to enhance and prepare assets for production.
• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow creative direction and feedback.
• Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
