Role Description The Graphic Design Artist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This role is responsible for designing visual materials that support the hospital's branding, patient communication, and marketing initiatives, including digital assets, print collateral, and signage. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts, designing logos and branding elements, selecting and applying typography, and preparing files for digital and print production. The Graphic Design Artist will collaborate with marketing, communications, and clinical teams to ensure all materials are visually consistent, clear, and aligned with the hospital's brand and patient-focused message. The role also involves revising designs based on feedback, maintaining design libraries, and adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in marketing or healthcare-related design is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Cebu, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
