About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of TapTalent.ai in the Philippines. You'll create high-quality marketing materials, social media creatives, sales collateral, and event assets that support our growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Design engaging social media graphics and digital campaigns.

•⁠  ⁠Create sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and presentations.

•⁠  ⁠Produce event materials, banners, and marketing assets.

•⁠  ⁠Develop infographics and product visuals.

•⁠  ⁠Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams.

•⁠  ⁠Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows.

•⁠  ⁠Stay updated on design trends and continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications

•⁠  ⁠1–3 years of experience in graphic design.

•⁠  ⁠Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing designs.

•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Figma.

•⁠  ⁠Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding.

•⁠  ⁠Experience designing presentations is a plus.

•⁠  ⁠Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
