Are you highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and passionate about preparing artwork for production We're looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Artist / Production Artist to join our fast-growing team supporting apparel and garment printing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical artwork preparation, production accuracy, and working in a fast-paced environment — not just creating designs, but ensuring artwork is perfectly production-ready for printing.
What You'll Do
- Prepare customer-submitted artwork for garment printing production
- Set up files for Screen Printing, DTG, Film Printing, and other print methods
- Perform artwork cleanup, recoloring, resizing, background removal, and quality enhancement
- Ensure accurate sizing, placement, resolution, and color reproduction
- Follow customer notes, templates, and production guidelines with precision
- Work with Photoshop-based workflows, automated actions, scripts, and templates
- Collaborate with production and support teams to meet daily deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (majority of the work is Photoshop-based)
- Basic to intermediate Adobe Illustrator knowledge
- Experience in print production, apparel decoration, prepress, or production art
- Strong understanding of garment printing workflows and production requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn internal tools and automated workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in Screen Printing, DTG, DTF, or apparel production
- Background in production art, prepress, or print setup
- Experience handling high-volume production tasks
