- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may be considered)
- Must have a portfolio showcasing design and video work
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends
- Knowledge of basic print layout and production requirements
- Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling
- Ability to receive feedback and revise outputs accordingly
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Basic copywriting or caption-writing skills
