Job Description

Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials such as social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, posters, and presentations
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
Design content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging
Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas for approval
Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders
Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet quality standards
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design
Maintain organized files and design assets for easy access and future use
Support other departments with creative design needs when required
