Job Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of the Demand Planning and Governance (DPG) Team , the Graphic Artist will support internal and client-facing communication through creative and technical execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Design and broadcast internal communication materials such as advisories, announcements, and surveys.
- Review, edit, and finalize video tutorials for upcoming training sessions.
- Enhance the quality and visual appeal of decks and presentations for both internal use and client engagement.
- Produce special-request videos tailored to client specifications and business needs.
- Create visual mockups for internal merchandise and branding materials.
- Ensure consistent application of visual identity guidelines across all materials.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate of any course (IT is an advantage).
- At least one year work experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Ability to assess and understand client requirements and translate them into visual deliverables.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Required proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Having a Portfolio is an advantage.
- Having a Business Analyst experience is an advantage.
