Job Description
Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Web Designerto support our growing family of brands and ambitious marketing initiatives. This role involves designingwebsite landing pages,digital marketing assets,product packaging, andprint catalogs. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and has a strong foundation in both digital and print design. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is based in our Auburn, Washington office.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Media Design
- Design and updatewebsite landing pagesin collaboration with brand and marketing managers including vehicle outfitting guides.
- Create engagingdigital marketing assetsincluding display ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional visuals.
- Support A/B testing with variant creatives.
- Optimize assets for website SEO, responsive design, & accessibility.
- Measure the performance of digital assets and adjust templates, tactics, and content to optimize website sessions and site conversion.
- Print & Packaging Design
- Design and layout product packagingacross various formats and materials.
- Creation and production ofprint catalogs and printed sell sheets to support sales growth
- Ensure all print materials meet brand standards and production specifications.
- Brand & Strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to bring campaigns and product launches to life.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in both digital and print media.
Qualification And Requirements
- 5+ years experience in graphic design and/or web design for consumer products brand
- Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing bothdigitalandprintwork.
- Basic understanding ofweb design principlesand responsive design.
- Experience writing product marketing copy for email campaigns, digital assets, and printed materials
- Familiarity withdigital marketing platforms(e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp).
- Experience withprint productionand packaging design is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify website platform
- Industry enthusiast or job experience in Automotive, 4x4, or motorcycle culture preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, web design or equivalent professional experience required
