JOB SUMMARY

The Graduate Trainee Program aims to develop high-potential fresh graduates into future professionals through structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business experience. The program provides opportunities to develop essential competencies, gain operational knowledge, and contribute to the organization's business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in departmental rotations and gain exposure to various business functions and operations.
• Support business initiatives, projects, and day-to-day operational activities.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and other professional development activities.
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
• Undertake assigned tasks and projects within established timelines and performance expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, and IT
• Fresh graduates or candidates with maximum 2 years of work experience
• Graduates with a GWA of 3.2 and above
• Graduated with Latin Honors/Distinction
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant digital tools
