Graduate Engineer

Our Manila office is one of our global design hubs, supporting projects across MEP, Civil & Structural, Design Management, Sustainability, BIM, and Power Systems.

We're looking for Graduate Mechanical and Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of engineering projects from design through coordination and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Support the running of small engineering projects, including research, development, design, coordination, and monitoring of engineering services.

• Develop and specify applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for building engineering services.

• Survey, test, and report on existing mechanical/electrical installations.

• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specification modifications to meet relevant industry and legal standards.

• Support manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing activities to ensure compliance with functional specifications and customer requirements.

• Represent the company at technical meetings with clients, professional teams, and contractors.

• Review and validate design inputs from Intermediate and Graduate Engineers.

• Work on defined tasks with limited supervision while taking ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work.

• Prepare technical reports, letters, and other project documentation while maintaining effective records and QA processes.

• Manage priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer.

• Basic working knowledge of CAD functionality.

• Basic understanding of health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Ability to use IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software.

• Basic understanding of BS Standards.

• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
