Join Beckhoff Philippines: Graduate apprenticeship 2026/27 (12-month program)

As part of our ongoing expansion in the Philippines, we are currently looking for motivated candidates who share our vision, are passionate about industrial automation and are eager to develop their technical skills in PLC, HMI, and motion control applications.

This role is suitable for junior engineers with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in delivering customer-specific example programs, technical demonstrations, and application support for Beckhoff automation solutions.

The Beckhoff graduate apprenticeship 2026/27 is an intensive 12-month program designed to accelerate the professional development of junior engineers. Working closely with experienced industry experts across our core functions (Application Support, Marketing, and Sales), you will gain practical experience in advanced automation technologies with Beckhoff automation solutions.

You will report directly to the application manager and will hone essential technical skills, refine your problem-solving capabilities, and strengthen your customer-facing communication skills, which are required to succeed in the industry.

Upon successful completion of the 12-month apprenticeship, you will be considered for conversion to a full-time permanent position if you deliver a strong performance, technical capability, strong team alignment, and a good overall fit with the team.

Responsibilties

• support the Sales team in responding to technical questions on Beckhoff's solutions
• provide consultation on automation solutions based on customers needs
• occasional on-site support for customers during projects and after sales (testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting)
• participate in Beckhoff seminars/exhibitions/events in an ancillary role

Qualifications

• bachelor's degree in automation/mechatronics/electrical/electronic engineering or a related field
• keen interest in technical and application support, preferably in the factory automation industry
• basic understanding of programming PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and fieldbus systems
• basic knowledge of programming languages: IEC 61131-3 (with object-oriented extensions)
• naturally curious and enthusiastic about industrial automation technology
• proactive mindset, adaptable, and is passionate about continuous learning
• team player with strong collaboration skills
