Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitating and managing the processes with Government Agencies (agencies but not limited to BIR, LGU, SEC, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and DOLE)
- Works closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of government procedures, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail to effectively handle registration, amendment and renewal processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Updated with current government processes particularly with BIR, LGU, SEC, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and DOLE
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and/or Accounting Information Systems.
- Project management skills
- Experience in business setup and registrations, preferably within a corporate or legal environment (preferable but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of business registration procedures, legal requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications related to business registrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
