About This RoleWe're seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on mental health space, managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns that make a real difference in connecting people with the care they need.
You'll be responsible for developing strategic campaigns, setting up robust tracking systems, and continuously optimizing performance. While you'll start focused on execution and optimization, there's opportunity to grow into client-facing responsibilities as you build trust and demonstrate strong communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing:- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaign, specifically focused on lead generation
- Design and own the strategy for campaign setup and ongoing optimization
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including integrations with CallRail and other call tracking platforms
- Build and maintain reporting templates with up-to-date performance metrics
- Conduct comprehensive audits on prospect accounts, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities
- Create detailed audit reports outlining shortcomings and improvement plans for prospective clients
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results
- Collaborate with the team to leverage subject matter expertise in the mental health industry
- Potentially participate in client meetings over time as trust and communication skills are demonstrated
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership
What We're Looking For:Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong expertise in lead generation campaigns
- Expert-level knowledge of conversion tracking setup and implementation, including call tracking integrations
- Proven ability to develop campaign strategies independently
- Experience building comprehensive account audits and optimization reports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written communication skills
- Available to work US business hours (PST time zone)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Background working with healthcare or mental health clients
- Google Ads certification
- Client-facing experience
Qualifications:- Proven track record managing successful lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, strategy development, and optimization
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Detail-oriented approach with strong reporting capabilities
