Experience:3+ years of intensive experience in Networking, Infrastructure Implementation (On-premise & Cloud), and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Networking Protocols: Deep proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and various routing/switching protocols.
Network Devices: Experience designing, administering, and troubleshooting hardware from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
Security & Web Tech: Knowledge of VPNs, ASA, FirePower, and web technologies including HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and SSL.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in packet analysis (Wireshark, Tcpdump) and basic scripting (Linux/Windows/APIs) for automation and troubleshooting.
Certifications (Advantageous): CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, KCNA, CKA, or RHCE.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Manage the full case lifecycle, from basic troubleshooting to resolving highly complex network performance issues.
Network Analysis: Utilize packet-capture, load testing, and traffic-path analysis to diagnose latency, packet loss, and performance bottlenecks.
Infrastructure Management: Support complex hybrid/multicloud networking environments, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical point of contact, applying a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills to support client environments.
Monitoring & Optimization: Use monitoring and logging tools to perform proactive analysis and implement network improvements.
