Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Google Ads Specialist to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly observant, data-driven, and process-oriented, and who can identify trends, inconsistencies, and performance patterns before they become costly issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns
- Review campaign settings, budgets, targeting, bidding, and ad assets for accuracy before launch
- Monitor daily campaign performance and identify unusual spending patterns or anomalies
- Analyze campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement trends
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Ensure campaigns comply with company standards and client objectives
- Follow quality assurance (QA) and verification procedures before implementing campaign changes
- Escalate concerns, irregularities, or potential risks immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or anyone with equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data interpretation and reporting
- Google Ads Certification is an advantage, but not required
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, spreadsheets, and reports
- Organized and process-driven
