ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist to support an Australian digital media agency managing multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate has agency experience, is comfortable handling multiple campaigns simultaneously, and can translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive client growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search priority) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Support campaign strategy, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
- Execute campaign builds, QA checks, and ongoing optimizations.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
- Identify performance issues and recommend actionable improvements.
Multi-Account Management
- Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively across accounts to meet deadlines and performance targets
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular performance reports using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Support or participate in client reporting discussions where required.
Tracking & Analytics
- Assist with implementation and validation of conversion tracking, pixels, and CAPI.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking across platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Core Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns in:
- Google Ads (Search required)
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign scaling.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, or Programmatic.
- Australian client exposure or US client exposure.
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.

- Competitive salary: 90,000 - 130,000
