We are expanding aggressively through digital marketing and launching new online-focused travel brands including FlyToAsia.com.
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven SEO & Google Ads Manager to help scale our online traffic, lead generation, and direct online bookings.
Position OverviewThe SEO & Google Ads Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid search campaigns, SEO strategy, landing page performance, and digital lead generation initiatives across multiple travel brands.
This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, performance marketing, conversion optimization, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.
Responsibilities· Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing
· Monitor daily ad spend and optimize budget allocation
· Improve ROAS and reduce wasted spend
· Perform keyword research and search term analysis
· Build and manage negative keyword lists
· Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, headlines, landing pages, and audiences
· Develop and execute SEO strategy across multiple websites
· Improve organic rankings for competitive travel keywords
· Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize on-page SEO
· Manage backlink and authority-building initiatives
· Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Ads
· Utilize AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and creative testing
Qualifications· 3+ years experience managing Google Ads campaigns
· Proven SEO experience with measurable ranking improvements
· Strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
· Experience with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, and WordPress or custom CMS platforms
· Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Optmyzr, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AdCreative.ai
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience in travel, ecommerce, or lead generation preferred
· Previous OTA (Online Travel Agency) management experience is a major plus
· Experience managing airline, travel, or flight booking campaigns highly preferred
Preferred Experience· Previous experience working for or managing marketing campaigns for an OTA (Online Travel Agency) such as Expedia, Priceline, Hopper, CheapOair, ASAP Tickets, or similar platforms is highly preferred
· Experience marketing airline tickets, international travel, or travel-related products strongly preferred
· Familiarity with airfare pricing trends, seasonality, and travel customer acquisition strategies is a major advantage
